Found your new rental home?

Once you've identified the rental home that's right for you, making it yours can be done in three easy steps:

  1. Complete and submit the application: Please complete an application and submit to our office with the applicable fee. The application fee is $35 per adult. Online payment is available through the online application process. If you prefer to apply in person, we accept cash or money orders payable to "Idahome Property Management, LLC."
  2. Pay the Security Deposit
  3. Sign the Lease

Important Rent Reminder:

Please note that rent is due on the first (1st) of every month, and is considered "late" if received after the 5th of the month. Please see our late fee schedule or online statement before remitting payment after the 5th of the month.

Maintenance Requests

Please submit your requests through the Tenant Portal. If you have not gotten your Tenant Portal activated yet, please email info@idahomeproperties.com to submit your maintenance request.
